What is TCS Open Ignite?

It is a training programme by TCS which aims to get the best of the science graduate which they can utilize at relatively less operating cost. Yes, you got it right Cost is the major factor behind  Ignite.2006, the year in which the concept conceived by Dr.Raman Srinivasan had two things in mind. First, it was talent and other was  Mr. S. Ramadorai, former CEO of TCS have mentioned in his book "The TCS Story.....and Beyond", he(Dr.Srinivasan) was to demonstrate that the best could be harnessed out of science graduate that to on a "shoestring budget".

TCS Ignite SASTRA University MCA Program is a collaborative tie-up with SASTRA University, Thanjavur, wherein students could gain industry experience as employees of TCS even as they top up their educational qualifications by pursuing an MCA degree from SASTRA University. *Read the Previous Post for More Info. I was very happy when I got my interview mail. If you also get interview mail you can download your Interview Card from this link=> InterviewCard. TCS Ignite interview mail looks like this => At line 9 it is written that you have to complete a minimum of 2 tests, 2 courses, all surveys and 2 projects. All these things you have to do in OpenIgnite website=> OpenIgnite . Although, 2 projects are not mandatory. This e-mail comes with attached Declaration From which you have to print and fill details, You also have to register in  NextStepTCS  to obtain DT number which you have to fill in Declaration Form. It is mandatory to carry Declaration From and Interview Card in Interview. All the information about your Offer Letter, Application Form Tracking, Preferred Location e.t.c will be updated in NextStep . Here is the screenshot=>
